Elizabeth brings a unique blend of experience in nonprofit leadership, marketing, and real estate. A REALTOR® with RealTrue Home Team at SERHANT, she combines her entrepreneurial spirit with nearly three decades of experience in communications, fundraising, marketing, and relationship-building. Elizabeth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Calvin University, building the foundation for a career centered on communications, leadership, and relationship-building.
Throughout her career, Elizabeth has worked with organizations including the Cleveland Clinic, Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters, and the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. This broad experience has equipped her with the ability to build meaningful, trust-based relationships and provide strategic leadership across a variety of settings.
Passionate about giving back to her community, Elizabeth is a 2018 CIVIC Leadership graduate and has held leadership roles on numerous boards, including Concordia University Chicago, the Rauner YMCA in Chicago, and the Foundation for Community Betterment in Annapolis. She also currently serves on the Executive Council at Trinity Lutheran Church in Norfolk.
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Elizabeth now lives in Virginia Beach with her husband, Ted, CEO of Norfolk Festevents, Inc. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing beach volleyball, and following Cleveland sports.
